Summer Brings Big Changes to UAH! Starting in July we will be welcoming a new Associate Veterinarian to the UAH staff, expanding our evening hours and adding a new surgical day. These changes are all geared toward providing more flexible hours to accommodate our clients and patients.
Dr. Liz Antzis is a magna cum laude and Phi Zeta – Beta Chapter graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. While in school, she volunteered as a student surgeon in Philadelphia shelters and worked as an animal care technician in the school’s Pediatrics and Medical Genetics department. Liz’s professional interests include soft tissue surgery, shelter medicine and internal medicine.
While Liz was in vet school she did an externship here at Unity Animal Hospital and we are all very much looking forward to working along side her as Dr. Antzis! Liz is dedicated to furthering Unity‘s core mission and to providing the best care for our clients and their pets.
Check out bios for Liz Antzis and all of the Unity staff.
